Delivery & Collection Policy

Cake City Cakes currently offers collection from Redruth and local delivery across Cornwall.

Collection

Orders can be collected from our Redruth location.

Collection is available daily between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect.

The exact collection details will be provided with your order confirmation or when your order is ready.

Custom cakes require a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Please select a suitable required date when placing your order.

Delivery across Cornwall

We offer local delivery across Cornwall for a flat fee of £25 per order.

After your order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm the delivery arrangements and timing.

Please ensure that the delivery address and telephone number provided at checkout are accurate. If there are any issues locating the address or completing the delivery, we may contact you using the details provided with your order.

Delivery outside Cornwall

Delivery outside Cornwall is not currently available as a standard checkout option.

If you require delivery outside Cornwall, please contact us at hello@cakecitycakes.com before placing your order to discuss availability and obtain a delivery quote.

Receiving your cake

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the cake at the agreed delivery time. Cakes are delicate and perishable products and should be handled and stored appropriately once received.

If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, the address provided is incorrect, or we cannot reasonably access the delivery location, please contact us to arrange the next steps. Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

If your cake appears to have been damaged during delivery, please let us know as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs where appropriate so that we can investigate.
